An introduction of sorts

There’s nothing like a global pandemic to make you take stock of your health. Locked down and isolated from society makes one’s thoughts turn inward. What did I find? That I needed to make a change. I felt stressed out and unwell. The scale reading 300 lbs cemented what kind of change I needed. I decided to lose 100 lbs in a year.


Successful? Yup! But looking back, I know I could have done this so much better. With this site, I hope to make other people’s weight loss journeys easier. In future posts I’ll cover approaches, exercises, and even songs to work out to. Let’s stop thinkin’ and start healthin’!
